Step-by-Step Process
01 – Understand
Mega reviews the product, its physical characteristics, handling conditions, transportation requirements, and any regulatory or material constraints.

02 – Design
This phase develops the packaging geometry and material selection. 3D models are developed and analysed before any tooling is produced.

03 – Validate
The design is tested and refined before production tooling is developed. Compression testing and dimensional analysis confirm the design meets the requirement.

We develop the mould required to manufacture the approved design, using in-house CNC machining and tooling processes.
